Author Guidelines

Author's Guide
Manuscripts that are submitted can be written in English.

The paper must be original research and has not been submitted / published earlier in any journal. It will be checked for plagiarism by using iThenticate.

Before submitting the paper, the author is required to be registered as an author. The paper should be submitted as Microsoft Word files (doc or docx) and written following the template of Jurnal Jaringan Telekomunikasi with around 4 to 8 pages (A4 size).

Submission
Our online submission system guides you through the process of submitting your article details and uploading your files, step by step. All correspondence is sent by e-mail, including notification of Editor's decision and request for revision.

With the contact email address and full postal address, one author has been designated as the appropriate author.

All the necessary files have been uploaded. Check out a script like the one below for:

• This manuscript has never been published before and is not sent to other publishers / journals.
• Manuscripts must conform to the Journal Template (Include keywords, all figures, all tables, and ensure that all citations from figures and tables in text match the files provided.
• The script format must be a file in Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx).
• Manuscripts must be written in English and have been spelled and grammar checked.
• Manuscripts must be free from PLAGIARISM and will violate other copyrights.
• All authors have read the manuscripts and agree to publish them in the Jartel Journal and must comply with publishing ethics.
• Please submit your article via https://jartel.polinema.ac.id/index.php/jartel/about/submissions,
• Authors must follow the template required by Jurnal Jaringan Telekomunikasi. If not, they will reject the manuscript.

All new submissions are screened for completeness and adherence to the Guide for Authors. Those that pass are then assigned to an Editor for consideration for sending for peer review. Authors of manuscripts rejected at initial evaluation stage will normally be informed within 2 weeks of receipt.

Peer Review Process

Every article that is submitted to the journal will be selected in advance on the scope and feasibility by the editorial board. Then, the articles will be sent to peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Blind Review Process. Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers with period of 2 - 4 weeks. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to be revised.

The final decision and time to publication
The Editor is responsible for the decision to reject or recommend the manuscript for publication based on reviewer's inputs. This decision will be sent to the author along with any recommendations made by the referees.

If the article needs to be revised, the author will be given 1-2 weeks to submit the revised manuscript.

After acceptance, it currently takes 1 week to check the revised manuscript, another 1 weeks to copyediting the article, and less than 2 weeks this is compiled into an online volume and issue.

The whole process from initial submission until publication will take around 6-9 weeks.
